After registering to the online surveys platform, you can login to your account. Once you login, you will then see your account dashboard such the one shown as follow:
In your dashboard, you can see how much points that you have achieved. These points allows you to redeem either cash or vouchers under redeem your rewards.
Also under your dashboard, you can see the list of surveys that you can do.

Usually, online surveys take about 10-20 minutes to complete. When you complete the survey, the reward points will be automatically credited into your account.
Afraid that you will miss out any new surveys that you can do? Not to worry!! As long as your profile matches the target group, you will receive an email notification, informing you of any available suitable surveys.
